1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be canceled.
However, once your order has been delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. Once the item is returned, we will proceed with your refund.
2. Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you are fully protected.
In case your package is lost during transit, you may choose between:
- A free reshipment, or
- A full refund
For orders placed with Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is confirmed lost.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
Medilight is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details entered at checkout.
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
If an error was made on our side, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Customs & Import Duties
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties once your order has shipped.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- Your shipment may be subject to customs fees
- These charges are your responsibility upon delivery
5. Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Typical Delivery Time: 6–15 business days
- Maximum Delivery Time: 20 business days
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days

6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please be aware:
- Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update
- Free shipping options may have limited tracking visibility
7. Tracking Status: “No Information Available”
If your tracking status shows “No Information Available”, this usually means the carrier has not yet updated the system.
If:
- It has been more than 5 business days, and
- There are still no updates
