1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be canceled.
However, once your order has been delivered, you may contact our support team to initiate a return. We will gladly assist you through the refund process after the item has been returned.
2. Returns & 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be returned within 90 days of delivery
- The product should be in new or gently used condition
- All original packaging should be included where possible
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement — no return required in some cases.
3. 90-Day Warranty
All products are covered by a 90-day warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Our team will assess the issue and provide either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
4. Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping and your package is lost in transit, you may choose between:
- A full refund, or
- A free reshipment
For orders using Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your order if it is confirmed lost.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
Medilight is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order.
If an error was made on our side, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no cost.
6. Customs Fees & Import Duties
We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties once the order has shipped.
By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable fees required by your country.
7. Shipping Time
- Maximum Delivery Time: 20 business days
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days
Shipping times may vary due to customs delays or external factors beyond our control.
8. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, especially with Free Shipping
